At Evolzenz, we are committed to your journey towards healthier skin and hair. We understand that skincare and wellness are personal, which is why we have designed our policy to be as transparent and supportive as possible.
60-Day "Love Your Hair" Guarantee
Unlike standard hygiene products, we want you to actually use Evolzenz. We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our Evolzenz Showerhead® and filtration systems.

Trial Period: You have 60 days from the date of delivery to test the product. We recommend using it for at least 3 weeks to allow your hair and skin to detox from previous chemical buildup.

Eligibility: If you do not see a visible improvement in your skin’s hydration or hair texture, you may return the unit for a full refund.
General Return Eligibility
For all other items (or requests outside the 60-day guarantee window), return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a standard return:

Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Hygiene Exception: For health and safety reasons, opened consumables (such as the Vitamin C Serum, Shampoo, or Conditioner included in bundles) cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken, unless they are defective.
For European Union Customers: We honor the 14-day “cooling-off” period required by EU law, allowing you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason, provided the items are returned in their original condition.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or leaks upon installation, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

We do not offer direct exchanges for a different model or color. If you wish to change your order, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Process & Shipping
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team at support@evolzenz.com.

Response Time: Our support team is available 24/7 and guarantees a response within a 24-hour window.

Required Info: Please provide your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach a photo for a faster resolution.
Where to Ship: IMPORTANT: Do NOT send returns to our corporate office in Casper, WY.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address nearest to you for shipment.

Packages sent to our corporate office without an RMA cannot be processed and may not be refunded.
Shipping Costs:

Defective/Damaged Items: Evolzenz will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Change of Mind / Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Note: Please allow 3-7 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Gift Cards.

Opened/Used liquid consumables (Serum, Shampoo, etc.), unless defective.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact support@evolzenz.com immediately.

Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

After Shipment: If the order is already in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and then follow the standard return process.
